Wellbeing Week: Tuesday 17 - Friday 20 February 2026

Launched in February 2025, Psychology Wellbeing Week offers our students and staff a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect, and connect. The week focuses on nurturing psychological and emotional wellbeing, highlighting the importance of health, happiness, and a sense of belonging in both academic and personal life.

This year's schedule aims to support, inspire, and empower our Psychology students through a rich blend of workshops, activities, and wellbeing experiences, including:

  • A calming Tai Chi session, promoting both physical and mental relaxation
  • A creative and mindful "Drawing for Wellbeing" workshop
  • Wellbeing activities such as Bird Watching, mindful walks, board games, and LEGO play
  • Academic skills workshops including topics on study hacks, resilience, practicing self-compassion, and Impression Management.

The week will also focus on employability, with Psychology Option Fairs, career insights from our staff, and research showcases woven throughout the week to give you plenty of opportunities to explore pathways and build your future career confidence.

Why attend Psychology Week?

Psychology Week aims to get our students thinking beyond the classroom – highlighting the transferable skills gained through a Psychology degree and how to build a future-ready career as a modern psychologist.

Reflecting on this year's inspiring Psychology Week 2025, we've heard from incredible guest speakers alongside our own Leeds Trinity experts, through thought-provoking talks, workshops, research presentations and information fairs.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this year’s Psychology Week such a motivating and memorable one.
