You'll be based at the School of Computer Science at our new Leeds City Campus - a brand new learning space right in the heart of the city - where you'll have access to modern facilities and study spaces and be minutes away from Leeds Train Station.

You'll have access to cloud computing technologies such as Microsoft Azure and MS developer tools such as Visual Studio Pro.
We have Android tablets for developing and testing Android apps and we are developing our toolkit of IoT and maker project resources such as Raspberry Pis, sensors and virtual assistants.
Accreditation
Our BSc (Hons) Computer Science is accredited by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT for the purposes of fully meeting the academic requirement for registration as a Chartered IT Professional.
It's also accredited by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT on behalf of the Engineering Council for the purposes of fully meeting the academic requirement for Incorporated Engineer and partially meeting the academic requirement for a Chartered Engineer.
