Introducing the partnership
At the Unity Teacher Training Partnership, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of teachers in our supportive and welcoming environments. As a delivery partner accredited by LTU, we are based at Steeton Primary School near Keighley where training sessions are delivered by experienced, dedicated professionals who are still involved in front line Primary School Education within our small federation of Bradford schools.
The teachers in our partnership are excellent practitioners who share a desire to be at the forefront of curriculum innovation, making learning topical, purposeful and relevant. Support offered by our skilled class teachers and mentors during your three placements across our Federation schools will support you to become a confident, inspirational practitioner.
As a relatively small partnership, our cohorts soon become a close support network, offering advice, encouragement and a shared sense of achievement with successes throughout the year. The Partnership team work closely together to ensure that we empower student teachers by giving them excellent CPD opportunities within diverse placements to ensure the breadth of experiences matches the needs of a Primary School practitioner continuing on their Early Career Teacher (ECT) journey.
